I am having more plateaus than last round. I think I need to be more consistant with the timing of the drops. Also, I am not drinking all my water. Shame on me. I think this works the best when you drink the whole 2 litres per day. I better get my schedule in gear to get my drops and water in. Also, I am not eating all the food. Weird, but true. I need to eat the entire 500 calories.
