Diet:
60 oz. water
1 melba toast
brandy wine tomato w/fresh sweet basil, red wine vinegar, salt & pepper
1 melba toast as "the bread" for a tomato sandwich with one of the tomato slices
spinach salad with 1/2 grapefruit
10 strawberries w/stevia
Juice of 1 lemon
Steak w/steak rub
Tilapia w/salt and pepper
